Characteristics and Usage

　　Plastic tray is a common kind of medicine and food packaging. Pharmaceutical rigid PVC films are made into specific shapes according to customer requirements through the blister process, then the plastic tray on which the product is placed are put in a carton or other outer packaging to fix and protect the product. During the blister process, the rigid PVC film is heated and then vacuum blister molded, which has the characteristics of good gloss, high product hardness, and not easy to be deformed by extrusion. At the same time, the material has the characteristics of anti-corrosion, durability and recyclability, which is one of the reasons why it is widely used.
